Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Artículos HE. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

United States: 7–20 business days
Europe: 5–15 business days
Rest of the world: 10–30 business days

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or other factors outside our control.

Shipment Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Artículos HE is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be applied to your order upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local customs office.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at eloymedinabenitez@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item (if applicable). We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
